Khalifa International Squash and tennis Complex – Doha’s Tennis hub

The Khalifa international squash and tennis complex is a complex dedicated to tennis owned by the Qatar Tennis Federation. The center was declared open in 1992 however under went further expansion in 2008. Formerly the capacity of the center was around 4000 and currently post expansion the capacity is around 6900.

The complex has hosted many world class events such as the squash tournaments for the Asian Games in 2006. The venue hosted the first Qatar Open in 1993. The venue remains the home for a number of other tournaments such as the ATP World Tour’s Qatar ExxonMobil Open.
